If for some reason you believe you received a faulty item, please send through the details of the order to us within 7 days of receiving it.
If any of our products are believed to be faulty or damaged, we will happily replace them if in stock and cover the costs of returning the items.
Once we’ve received the item, we will send a replacement if available and in stock, otherwise a refund will be organised.
Please note we do not offer refunds for change of mind.
